W2R2 in the pouring rain and mud.

I wanted to go out 1st thing this morning but hubby kept putting it off as he comes with me to walk the dog. I was ready to burst with anticipation by the time he bowed down to my nagging. It was also chucking it down, oh well, onwards and upwards through the mud and rain and I still loved it. I'm getting weighed at Slimming world tomorrow and I am positive that C25K has kept me on the straight and narrow even when dreadfully hungover yesterday. I have found the willpower that has been missing all my life thanks to this wonderful program. Already looking forward to my next run.

It's a brilliant program and I did my first run in the wind and rain today too, loved every minute! Trust me, you'll grow to love this even more the further you get :)

Well done both of you. I found the bad weather made me feel even more of an achiever - and made my trainers look really cool (not like the glowing white they had been!) The programme is brilliant and it really does work so keep it up and feel smug!

My trainers must be extremely cool as they are covered in horse poo!
