W6R2 - Faster coming home than going out.

Had to smile, I was like a horse going back to it's stable this morning. I noted how long it took to run my first 1/2 mile and checked it again coming back, I was about 15 secs faster. I suppose it's because I start off slow to make sure I can do the time and on the way home I know I can do it.

Found the run hard work as per usual and the 3 min recovery went really fast, but proud of myself for not stopping no matter how much that voice in my head wanted me to.

Two days off now before the final run of this week and looking forward to them as the old knees ache a bit.

Congratulations. That voice in your head is a real trial isn't it? But well done. Huge achievement. Good luck with the final run.
