Finally the 30 minutes and bikini weather :) but shin splints still :(

Finally managed the 30 minutes, I have been stuck on 28 for a little while now, really surprised myself because I went out last night and drank and danced the night away!

So happy to put my bikini on this year and sit on the beach in confidence, I would love to lose a few more lbs, so been using my fitness pal (thanks for the tip guys, I am addicted to it!) and I think it's working!! Happy days.

Still getting shin splints though, from running and badminton, does anyone have any tips for getting rid of them?!

  • Ice pack and raise whenever you get chance, sorted mine out after few days. Obviously depends on severity. Well done on 30 mins. Skipping a run so that you have 3 or 4 days off could only be of benefit at this stage if not you could be laid up for longer
