Is Day 2 Always the Hardest?!

Completed Week 3, Day 2 and as with the previous weeks, Day 2 is always the worst! Probably psychological, but I had to really push myself this morning, which is a good thing!

On the plus side, I went further than Day 1 of Week 3, so I'll take that as a positive and run with it!

It's still a hot one out there people!!

The fact you went further is probably the reason you found the run harder. You must have been faster! If you slow it down you might find it a little easier.

Good luck and well done for getting this far :) keep going!

I always did run 1 at a slow pace to gauge my ability and ensure I could complete it. Run 2 would be a bit faster and run 3 I really pushed myself. This meant that I always looked forward to Tge first run of a new week, despite it being further, because it was an easier one than run 2 or 3!
