Woke up at 5.40am - dry outside with the sun already up (rose at 4.50am according the site I just checked!) and instead of rolling over for another hour's kip like sensible people do, I suddenly realised that if I didn't get out for my run now I wouldn't get time later as we're off to Truro pretty much straight after work for a comedy show.
So I slipped (ok, tumbled) out of bed and dragged on the kit. Put my mp3 player in (new band I'm listening to: Halestorm, girl rock stuff, quite good for ambling along to) and off I went. Lovely morning, calm and cool, not like me after ten mins lol. Also, almost caught my foot TWICE going up kerbs, how I stayed on my feet I'm not quite sure, think I really didn't want a repeat of my last spectacular landing lol.
Anyway, to make up the last half a mile I did a quick tour around the local football field (where the fabled half marathon started and finished) just to give my feet a nice early morning wash, lol. I'd forgotten about the dew and I'd had dryish tootsies (ok, just sweaty) up till then. That's the little round bit on the end of this:

Shoulder still hurting but maybe a tiny bit easier - it's hard to tell, it always feels worse in the evening. Knee felt fine but I've been really concentrating on leaning slightly forward and mid/fore foot striking. Seems to be working so far!
