So pleased with myself! My husband took me for an overnight stay at a lovely hotel on Saturday and instead of just relaxing in the room, drinking wine and watching tv, I decided to make the most of the facilities and finish week 5 in the hotel gym! I never thought I'd see the day that I was so dedicated to a fitness regime! Afterwards I did drink wine and lay on the four poster bed and read a magazine (something I've not done in over 2 years - our son being the reason why!!!). It was bliss and I didn't feel at all guilty eating my 3 course dinner later that evening! Week 6 starts on Wednesday! Bring it on!
