After an enforced delay I finally got out for my first run in nearly two weeks. Thought about going back and re-doing week 3, but decided to give week 4 a go - and so glad I did. Waited til the heat of the day had gone and then had a lovely jog along Eastbourne seafront. Found it surprisingly easy to keep going for the five minute sections, and even felt I could have kept going for longer at the end. Has given me a real boost.
