Jelly legs... not me!

I went to beach bootcamp this morning and it was sublime. Stacks of running and core work and even an obstacle course to complete. At the end the trainer said 'Your legs should be feeling like jelly...' and most people agreed with him. I felt a little warm but nowhere near jelly like! Yay! In fact i wanted to repeat the whole hour over again! Bless those 10k runs for good muscly thighs!

I think i am seriously demented...

lol... im just hoping i eventually lose the layer of fat that is still covering the glorious muscles...
