Well I went out this morning in the cold (I am in Australia and we are just about into winter here).

I love the pod cast that I down loaded. I am finding it much better psychologically if I don't have to keep looking at the time. I just listen to the music and wait for it to change.

I read all of your post and I laugh when those of you who are now a fare way into the program are amazed that you can now run a reasonable distance and early on never thought this was possible. I can't wait to get to this stage, at the moment I still can't imagine getting to this point but you all have me determined to keep going.

Lucky I had a day off work today. I was in desperate need of a little nanna nap this afternoon.

W ell done you! Warning : this running lark is addictive:) The podcasts and Laura in particular are very important to me. I hang on her every word! We are having a heatwave at the moment (well, by English standards anyway!) so early runs are a must! Good luck and keep going and let us know how you get on! :D

Keep telling us that the weather is not so good in Sydney at the moment; you've no idea how good that will make us feel, even if it is for only two weeks of the year!

Good luck with w2 r2 :)

I found the podcasts make the running part seem so quick! I was surprised when i heard Laura saying, 'this is your penultimate run'.

Well done you, keep going! I start Week 2 on Monday. :)
