W8R3 done - how did that happen?

I cannot believe that I have completed W8R3 at my grand old age of 58. It wasn't easy ( legs of lead again!) and it was too hot for me even at 7am this morning leaving me with a face the colour or beetroot!. I really wanted to stop and walk a few times but I was determined not to, telling myself that I had done this twice before. My poor old body is really beginning to feel the strain now but mentally I am determined to do this . I am am going to continue with W9 after a couple of days rest, even if I have to drag myself kicking and screaming to the very end! Wish me luck and I shall keep you all posted on my progress.

Keep going!! Age is a state of mind, tell yourself you're 21 and your muscles are made of rubber! You're nearly there. :)
