So Saturday we finally did W3R1 (the OH has an owie in Friday so didn't want to go!) - that first run, 90 seconds, which should've been fine (having done W2 about 6 times!), was really hard, but we put that down to how warm it was. So we slowed the pace right down for the other runs, and it was fine, a lot easier than I thought. Hopefully the same will be true of W3R2 this evening....

Your post made my day....I'm on W3R2 (this morning), but on R1 I looked at my watch every 20 seconds to see if it was time to walk yet on that first minute and a half...lol. I guess, when you're starting out, you never know from one time to the next how it will go.

Did w3r2 this evening - even though it was (again!) a bit warmer than I'm used to running in I found it the easiest and most enjoyable run to date! pace was a bit slower than w3r1 but so what, run was really good!
