oops wrong podcast

well i did the 5 min warm up and as i finished my 2nd run of 5 mins i knew something was wrong.i'd only gone and put week 4 on instead of w3r2 which left me feeling great as i'd found it pretty easy but i did the sensible thing and restarted the right week. Laura knows what shes doing and i'm not going to mess with the plan but head definatly knows i can do this especially as i did an extra 7 and a half minutes running today cant wait for my next run.
