It's all very strange. Not a week ago I was going to write a blog about how I seemed to be putting weight on. My stomach looked more pot-bellied and my love handles seemed more pronounced. But I didn't get round to it, and also who really cares, but I am bewildered as here we are, a few days later, and my stomach looks better and my love handles are barely there. I don't see how it could be related to running as it was literally almost overnight, but at the same time I don't know how it could be anything else as my diet hasn't changed and I don't do any other exercise. Very strange but I'm not complaining!
