Couch to 5K


So I grabbed the bull by the horns and went for it, and..........was surprised just how quickly the time went by even though I felt as though I was running at a snail's pace. I struggled with 2 of the running sections (my knees and shins really felt it today), but I'm not to be deterred.....I remembered just how awful I felt this time last week after W1R1 compared to how I felt in W1R3!

Well done you! You just have to keep remembering how far you have come in such a short time. Keep positive. I too always think how quickly the time goes!

Good work! Keep going and you'll start to notice the difference in your fitness pretty quickly. I'm at week 5 and I remember being absolutely exhausted after running for 1 min in W1! Good luck!
