Haven't been out for a few days due to work and other stuff getting in the way! Went out this morning and had a lovely run along the river, really enjoyed it and even managed another few minutes at the end. ~Never thought I would ever say that I enjoyed running but am loving it! Nearly completed the plan, feels like a real sense of achievement...

Thinking I will aim to do better times at 5K then I have printed off a bridge to 10k plan to do in a couple of months. Still can't beleive that I am enjoying it so much!
