4 weeks post op & back to 5k

Really pleased, went out in the late evening sun last night to see how my fitness was progressing after my recent surgery. Managed a full 5k run in 37.13 which is only 10 seconds off my previous best & included a nasty slope only 1k from home. I think a couple of dodgy characters I met on the canal path helped me run a bit faster. Now want to concentrate on trying to get pb below 35 mins at race for life of 17th June
