Due to the rain last week I was a little slow at completing week 3 however I got out there on Monday morning and completed it. I was really apprehensive about week 4 as the jogging increases to 5 minutes and I didn't think I'd be able to jog continuously for that long but I DID IT! This program makes it so achievable and it really makes you feel good about carrying on with it as it's hard enough that you know you are getting a good work out but easy enough to stay motivated to keep going! I'm so happy right now!
