It was a fresh cold Sunday night, decided to start week 6 program of c25k. After the previous run of 20 mins, I thought this run was still challenging, maybe because of the walking intervals inbetween running. Anyway I stuck to the podcast and I completed the run.
I felt a massive high, along with a low tonight. I think the harder my cardiovascular workout is, the worse sinus pain is, or I'm maybe getting hayfever this year. When I finsh this program, I just hope I stick to challenging myself, I always hated running as a kids, I used to dread cross country at school. But I have a new lease of live, I'm getting fitter and stronger, and I am so amazed that I am sticking to this.
