Have been using the podcasts to train for the Race for Life 5k. Ran it this morning in 31minutes having got to 25minutes in week 6 of podcasts. Thought I'd see how I felt at 4k and walk a bit so I could run the last bit. Was feeling OK so just kept going.
Challenge will be keeping motivated to finish the plan and then some. Any advice?
