Can anybody please help, I am intending on starting c25k tomorrow and I am trying to download the plan, I have been told there is an app (I think on zen app?!) Where is talks over your own music, or is it best to stick with Laura? I've manage to download what I think is zen app on itunes but I can't get it onto my playlist!! Aaggghhh!

I would stick with Laura, I have found her a great help on every run so far. If you ever get to a point where you're thinking of giving up on a run, she usually butts in at that exact moment and gives you a boost!! Good luck and stick with it :) x

Thankyou!! I think I will stick with laura, I just quite fancy my own music! Having said that I'm on verge of going mad trying to figure itunes out!! I think compared to this running will be a breeze!!

JadeH is right Laura is very motivating. The music is admittedly a little cheesy at times (but in a good way) and it also cranks up when you need a little more push (vaguely heavish on the last two runs of week 1). Also no slow intros.
