Note to self: DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BECOME DISTRACTED HALF-WAY THROUGH POST-RUN STRETCHES!!!
I did all my stretches after my come-back run on Friday morning, apart from my quads - and now I can't walk up or down stairs without shouting "Ouch!" with every step. Silly girl!
I'm off to The Lakes with the in-laws tomorrow, so my running gear's coming too. I'll try for the next run tonight if I can work some icy magic on my poor quads, but otherwise, it'll be tomorrow at some point.
I'm anticipating a lack of wi-fi in The Lakes, so will most likely have to wait till Friday to give another update...Fingers crossed I'll have another 2 or 3 runs tucked under my belt by then!
