A few weeks ago I ran with this mahoosive blister on my right foot and ever since my left hip has hurt either during or after a run. It's kind of like a bony knuckle is grinding into the socket. Sometimes I get a similar pain in my left knee although it can be more like a shooting pain. I'm wondering if I ran funny to avoid the blister hurting and that's what's caused the pain?
So I'm hoping someone here can help! Do you know any stretches or exercises I should be doing to make it better? It won't stop me from running but it's not nice!
