Can't believe I'm reaching the finishing line of C25K..what an amazing experience..todays run was challenging..more mentally than physicaly though my legs did feel heavy at times...I really can not believe that I am still doing this and actually have the stamina and ability to run for 25mins...I have never been able to do anything like this before! I feel totally amazing when I think of how far I have come and how much I have worried about being able to do whatever week was coming next! I just wish this podcast was around 10-15yrs ago!!!

I agree with you, I love having the podcast in my ear the whole time, just like having a personal trainer! Well done you for getting to week 7, you will soon be a graduate and wearing that badge!!!
