It is the first time in my life when I do something for my body/health on such regular basis through all 8 weeks!
Hope rises I can be that much consequent in other aspects of my life one day. I really need that.
So far I have lost 5 pounds but my body looks so much better - it looks like I lost 20 pounds
During last 2 weeks I have managed to run 3 times to run in the forest. I've been running there this morning too. I find it much more difficult but the advantage is that I am not bored any longer.
Have started to read the book I've ordered: "RUN FAT BITCH, RUN" by Ruth Field. Really funny and full of good tips for runners, especially overweight, as I am.
Start week 9 on Monday!!! Wow!!!

Brilliant well done! I start week 8 on Monday (if my shins have recovered enough that is) I have also lost 5lb, I really want to loose another 5 but am "stuck" on 11st 9lb for spme reason!! but I do feel much smaller - my knickers all feel huge all of a sudden lol! So something is going right! I am going to go on amazon and look up this book it sounds just up my street!!! Xxxx
Really well done! It is really good for us to go out of the house and see green natural surroundings - running in the forest must be a great thing to do!
