It is the first time in my life when I do something for my body/health on such regular basis through all 8 weeks!
Hope rises I can be that much consequent in other aspects of my life one day. I really need that.
So far I have lost 5 pounds but my body looks so much better - it looks like I lost 20 pounds
During last 2 weeks I have managed to run 3 times to run in the forest. I've been running there this morning too. I find it much more difficult but the advantage is that I am not bored any longer.
Have started to read the book I've ordered: "RUN FAT BITCH, RUN" by Ruth Field. Really funny and full of good tips for runners, especially overweight, as I am.
Start week 9 on Monday!!! Wow!!!
