Week 8 - mission ACCOMPLISHED!I've been running in the forest today - that was great!

It is the first time in my life when I do something for my body/health on such regular basis through all 8 weeks!

Hope rises I can be that much consequent in other aspects of my life one day. I really need that.

So far I have lost 5 pounds but my body looks so much better - it looks like I lost 20 pounds :-)

During last 2 weeks I have managed to run 3 times to run in the forest. I've been running there this morning too. I find it much more difficult but the advantage is that I am not bored any longer.

Have started to read the book I've ordered: "RUN FAT BITCH, RUN" by Ruth Field. Really funny and full of good tips for runners, especially overweight, as I am.

Start week 9 on Monday!!! Wow!!!

  • Brilliant well done! I start week 8 on Monday (if my shins have recovered enough that is) I have also lost 5lb, I really want to loose another 5 but am "stuck" on 11st 9lb for spme reason!! but I do feel much smaller - my knickers all feel huge all of a sudden lol! So something is going right! I am going to go on amazon and look up this book it sounds just up my street!!! Xxxx
