this went better than i thought! the extra 30seconds of run time (sorry jog time!) wasn't as bad as i thought with the extra recovery time. just the 3rd run when it felt like i should have stayed at home and had my breakfast instead! ready for run2!

Well done! It's a mental challenge. I thought W2 was going to be tough but having finished R2 this morning, it's not too bad. The extra 30seconds is hard, but the extra 30 seconds cool down between makes things easier!

Keep going, every run you do is building your stamina for the next one!

well done, just done it myself and while it was tough, I was happy to do have done it.

I did like the extre 30 secs cool down, that helped.
