W2R1 complete despite the weather!

Set out between the showers this morning and completed W2R1 more easily than I was expecting. Only brief moment of doubt on penultimate running cycle, but forced myself to lengthen my stride and pushed on until the walking section. The final 90second run was almost enjoyable. Great sense of satisfaction at the end.

Mentioned the programme to a friend on Friday - and she went on her first run on Saturday morning..... Go Liz
