Have just completed Week 4 Run 1 - feeling so amazed that I've done it - 5 mins was hard work! So worth it now though & managed 4.98km in the time. Really needed to keep mentally positive through the 5 mins run, found it hard & also I can't seem to get my breathing pattern right, any hints or tips from anyone gratefully received - Thanks!

Well done - I feel breathing is a very individual thing and you'll just come across a way that works for you

Agree - don't worry about breathing (I mean - still do it but don't worry how!!). I still haven't worked it out and feel more comfortable just grabbing air as and when I can.....

Thanks! When I have concentrated I have found it's like trying to 'pat your head & rub your stomach' - always goes wrong. Will be back out on tuesday & try to just breath without thinking about it! :-)
