I can't believe it!

Guess I won't be completing the C25K any time soon. I had my Appendix taken out less than a week ago, and have been told no sports, lifting or heavy activity for 6 weeks! I am very upset, but I have decided that as soon as I am completely healed I am going to work the hardest I can, and be ready to run the race for life. If it means Running everyday, I am determined to complete the race in half an hour, even if it kills me! On the lighter side, I am glad to say I have lost 6 pounds in 5 days since my operation, due to the fact I have to keep eating healthily and drinking plenty!
