Just finished week 7, ran a tad over 4 k and best 25 min run so far. Didn't go as far as Sunday but my pace varied less so running steadier, this resulted in not total exhaustion at the end, though I was glad to finish. Didn't really have any lows when running so just goes to show the dreaded runs are not always as bad as you imagine.
I now have a couple of days rest before the first 28 minute run on Sunday. Wind was a menace today but fortunately I was lucky with the direction for much of it. Hope the Sun is now shining for those of you running this evening x
