I can't believe I've come this far! I've just done two eight minute runs! Well actually, I did an eight minute then a ten minute run because somehow I fast forwarded my iPod onto w6r2 half way through!
I've noticed my body has to go through two barriers, the first is shortly after I first start running, then again after about three or four minutes when my legs start to get tired. Once I get past this though, it just becomes much easier, I find it harder to stop then start again because then you have to go through those barriers again.
I'm pretty confident now about running for twenty minutes on Saturday...... What did I just say?!?
