Well all I can say everyone, It's time for my official week 4 start tomorrow. I did complete 2 sets of week 3 alongside a sneaky week 4 run by mistake, plus an extra week 4 run, don't ask why, I just felt like I needed to utilize some energy yesterday morning. Anyway, It's rest today, I feel like I should be doing something. Also has anyone experienced a pain on the inside of knee, I have not suffered with any side effects up until now.
