Week 6 run 3 -25 minutes! Red faced, worn out but I did it.

Did week 6 run 3 straight from work to home again which means I have to carry on and don't have the option of giving up. Laura seemed quieter than usual and I could have done with a little more encouragement because I found it tough halfway through. I managed it though despite feeling worn out now. Oddly enough, although its the furthest I have run without walking or stopping, I do not feel the 'high' or sense of achievement of previous runs. It was nice to be told at the end that I am now officially a runner. Roll on week 7 which I will start on Friday. Less than 4 weeks now til the race for life- so hopeful I can run it all the way.

I did mine this morning and agree Laura didn't say much. I also used my Nike gps app and that encourages you every 10 minutes so that was welcome encouragement. Maybe your high will catch up with you later. Well done on becoming a 'runner '

I did mine Sunday and also found it very hard and was quite deflated afterwards despite finishing. I certainly didn't get a high! Good luck for week 7 I do my first run of week 7 tomorrow if I feel up to it.

Fanatastic I am only 1 week ahead and did not notice the difference from 25 to 28 mins, so I hope you wont too.

Well done you, I think its great using the time to get home for your run :)

You're a runner now, and soon you'll be a graduate too.

Keep up the good work.
