Ran Wk9R2 this morning and it felt great. My last run will be Sat or Sun. I honestly cannot believe I have got here and for anyone starting out on the podcasts please keep going as you will also be at week 9 before you know it. The running plan has been fantastic and has given me a massive physical and mental boost. I was never a runner or one very keen on exercise but have become both of these things in only 2 months. I am determined to keep running 3 times a week and am looking forward to running the Race for Life in July. Good luck to everyone doing this fantastic programme.
