...I thought I should repeat all of week three's runs which I had completed the week before. But I just couldn't face that terrible banjo tune again so I went onto week 4 instead and completed run 1 with no problem. Which just goes to show that music really can motivate you, even if not in the way it was originally intended.

I don't listen to the podcasts, the music I think is a bit sedate, although the motivation and timing thing is good. Laura helps!
I use my own running playlist with my favourite songs - quite high tempo ones, and mainly Coldplay!! Keep going - you can do it!!

Yup, I had the same experience with one of the weeks. THE thing that kept me going was not wanting to hear one of the tracks more than three times (Given that I had to do the Week 1 runs about 12 times)
