I am really enjoying the running and this afternoon just completed WK6R1. BUT the first thing I do when I get home is plug my nano into the laptop and download all the details. THis evening I covered 5km and walked at about 1km in 9 minutes and ran about 1km in 5.5 minutes. The best thing is that early on in my C25K my runnig and walking times were very simular but now there is a noticeable change. It must mean I am getting fitter!

Am I the only complete geek out there or does everyone else do this?

For those struggling to motivate themselves though this is really good. I didnt notice the increase in speed its only due to the pedometer on the nano that I can see it.

For those of you ready to report me to the RSPCA after dragging my dog out in the rain to do WK5R3 normal service has resumed. This afternoon we managed to dodge the showers and Sparky loved his run! I have a repreave!

I would be more of a geek if I could log some good stats but my speed is so slow that the distances always look disappointing so I don't look too often, maybe if I get faster I'll come out as a geek
