Finished week 4 run 1 yesterday and I have to say I felt real good after. In fact I felt really good all day following the run. I can feel the benefits in the way my lungs are working and have found myself taking gratuitous lungfulls of air!. I am starting to feel much fitter now and not just physically.I have noticed a definate lift in my mood. I am so pleased I have started the C25k programme.
