Week 7 - run 2

After procrastinating all day about Run 2 and then virtually abandoning the idea due to it being soooo cold, at around 6pm the sun was out so I decided to go for it - guilt was getting to me - not missed a run yet - I got ready to go out - and I have to say it was one of my best runs so far on the programme. Ran for about two mins longer than the 25 and upped the pace a bit. Feeling most pleased with myself - and to think I almost didn't go.......... That glass of red tonight is well deserved !

Well done lady! It feels that much better when you force yourself to go out when you can't be bothered. That's real dedicated, you should be proud :)

Fantastic you should be proud especially when you weren't going to go out. You've probably had the wine by now but - cheers! ;)
