Felt it was a good run - a tad slower than Tuesday's but still very happy with that. Treated myself to a new Nike dri-fit vest with a racer back in snazzy purple with yellow/lime green trim. Hotter weather is on its way (that means Summer yeah?) we hope.

The wiggly bit in the middle is a footpath that goes back around a school and rejoins up (when I remember which way it goes) back up to the main road. I did a bit of this and that route wise as I'm trying to get off my classic figure of eight route which gets boring and is all pavement/road which is hard on the knees. This morning I am like an old woman, right knee aching, back sore lol. Good Friday seems a bit of a misnomer.
