I purchased a pair of running shoes as my original trainers have decided to fall apart. The shop said I need to waterproof them with a spray. I was just wondering of this affects the breath ability of the shoe or just their way of getting more money from me :-). Tonight should have been run 3 of week 5 but will need to see if the roads are clear of snow. I can't believe I am hopefully running for 20 minutes.
