I've just completed R3 W2 and have noticed on the last 2 runs I get terrible cramp / stitch in my ribs towards the end. What's causing this?

I have never been able to put an answer to the stitch question for me. I know some people can put it down to specific things such as what they've ate or drank or their breathing, but I found it was usually just bad luck! I could run for 40mins with stitch and just suck it up! Nothing I could do would alleviate it - concentrating on my breathing would work sometimes but not all.
Sometimes I wondered it posture had anything do with it, if you get a chance to check out your shadow when you are running
