Well just a quick update on todays run. It was pretty straightforward and I managed it okay. I still wore the tubigrip for my right knee - just in case - thankfully my knee seems fine at the moment. So here's hoping that Saturdays run is just as good!!

Hope the knee's feeling better, don't push it too far and have to wait longer to recover. There's been a few warnings from folk here about that. Enjoy run 3!
