Hi all, it has been about 10 days since my last run I finished week 4. Do you think i should start back with week 5 or repeat week 4?

Wk4 has 16 minutes of running, Wk5/run1 has 15 minutes of running, the main difference being that it is divided into three runs rather than four.

Why not give it a try and see how you get on? Your cardio and muscle fitness shouldn't have declined by very much in ten days. You can always go back if you really can't do it.

I guess it depends how you were doing on w4 also. For me personally i'd redo a session of wk4 just so if I couldn't manage a w5 session I wouldn't feel demoralised.

Good luck with getting back to the plan however you decide to approach it.

I know how demotivated I can get if I don't complete something so I think I'd do week 4 again to get back into it, rather than not being able to complete week 5, just in case.

Thanks everyone ,I might do a run from week 4 and see how i go then move on to week 5 ..wish me luck :)
