I started the program at week 3, as I already did a bit of running previously, and have just completed week 4. I run a set course while listening to the podcasts, and my times for a 2.07 mile hill climb and descent have been tumbling. I started off at 24:37 and am already down to 23:01. Even over the past 3 runs I have found myself getting further along before the running part finishes, and today I even pretty much got back to my front door. At this rate I am going to have to find another, longer route! Thanks Laura!
