Week 4 run 3, on to week 5

This week has been very disjointed, using up days holidays before end of holiday year, eating at odd times etc,ran on monday, thursday, and saturday.

delayed the run as it was too hot to go in the daytime, no enthusiasm for yesterdays run and it felt long and difficult, heavy legs and no energy but I continued through to the end, next week will step it up a level,hopefully I will be equal to the task!

also trying to follow weight loss plan but find it much easier on working days, thinking of getting a portable dvd so I can do exercise dvds on the non-running days, will have to consult my teenage expert on the best type to get.
