Well I'm proud to have completed run 1 of week 5, but my knees are agony. I just ordered some specialised running insoles as I have flat feet. Hopefully they'll do the trick! Don't want to have to stop running :-)

I'm unfortunately still in agony this morning, hopefully another night's rest and I'll be able to run tomorrow! Insoles are going to take 3-5 days to arrive :-(

They work wonders Harvey - I had to get some for the same reason. My knees had been starting to play up - now that's a thing of the past.
