And was trying not to think that it may be a difficult one as it's back to intervals again. But, it felt really good
Ran in the park again and it was a beautiful day, just perfect, blue skies, a bit cold but gorgeous. I think for the first time (outside anyway) I am sensing my paces in that I could tell when I was going too fast and slowed it down to conserve energy that I would need, so I feel I'm starting to get in tune with my running slightly.
Very very happy with how I'm doing. I monitored my speed at an average of 8.2K on the running sections, I don't know if that's good, bad or whatever, but it gives me something to work on now when I'm on the treadmill, which on the running sections I've been running at 7.8K so I know now I can up the speed.
Just one more lot of intervals and then it's all running woo hoo!
