After a 3 day break due to circumstances beyond my control I set out on my 2nd run of week 2. Following how much I felt I struggled with the first run I wasn't feeling too confident about this run and even considered repeating week 1 due to my 3 day break (any excuse)! It was a beautiful afternoon and believe it or not I managed the run and with less difficulty than run 1!!!! Only problem is the inner aspect of my right knee is aching+++ :-( and I'm hoping it's gone by Monday:-) !!!! Fingers crossed.

Good for you for getting back on the programme even after a break. Hopefully the problem with your knee is not long term. :)
