Aching knee

Hi all,

Thought I would blog to give me some motivation

Started W1 on Monday of this week, got through the week okay and looking forward to going out again Monday next week.

My left knee is giving me a bit of trouble (managed to break kneecap three years ago and ankle on same leg last year), it was making worrying clicking noises whilst walking down the stairs yesterday. I was thinking about getting some strapping for it but I think I'll carry on without and see how it goes (it doesn't feel too bad today). I am thinking (hoping) that the muscles will build up to look after it.

I'll let you all know how W2R1 goes....

Ouch, that sounds too painful, I mean the break. I sometimes wear a support bandage on my knee when it feels a little achey just to make sure it doesn't get any worse, it does make a difference but I don't make it a habit. Maybe you could have it checked out and get some exercises that will help build up the muscles supporting your knee. By the way, welcome and good luck. Keep blogging with your progress.
