oh yeah that's me running

Wk5 r 2 oh yeah :) I've extended my route yet again and the last 60 secs I pushed for quicker and finished actually laughing instead of near exhaustion lol I think the guy sat in the van I passed twice, once run running (term for quicker than usual) puffing away and once walking and giggling, must think I'm nuts - I am and delighted with myself

And my bum is getting firmer :) lol
